POLY Daechi MAGNET is looking for talented teachers to help us create brand new content for gifted learners in Korea and to teach our elementary students. This position is a mix of both R&D and teaching so it is the best of both worlds for those who love teaching students and spending time creating content that they will enjoy.
Roles and Responsibilities
As a member of the R&D team you will:
Help develop lessons plans and materials designed for high-level learners
Guide teachers on how to use the content you helped create
Modify our teaching materials so that we can continue to improve
Create test materials
As a teacher you will:
Teach elementary students grades 1-4 reading, writing, grammar, and speaking
Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons
Grade regular homework assignments
Track students’ progress and provide feedback
Candidate Qualifications
Must have or be able to acquire an E2, F4, or F6 Visa
E2 visa sponsorship is only available for citizens of the following countries: U.S.A., Canada, U.L., Ireland, New Zealand, Australia, or South Africa
Must have all required documents (apostilled nationwide criminal background check and an apostilled diploma from a 4-year accredited university.
Must pass a medical health check
Working conditions
Working Hours: 10:00am-7:00 pm (10:00am-2:00pm R&D / 3:00pm-7:00 pm teaching)
Teaching Hours: 20 hours per weeks
Salary
Starting at 2.9 million KRW depending on experience
