Bhavana Bodhigun Vocational College (BBVC) on beautiful Koh Samui is seeking a highly motivated native speaker to join our Department of Foreign Languages from August 2026.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The teacher will be responsible for teaching a maximum of 25 contract hours per week to students ranging in age from between 16 to 21 years old. This is a unique opportunity preparing students at a vocational level for work in the tourism and hospitality industries.
Requirements:
- Native English speaker (England, USA, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Ireland, Canada)
- Bachelor’s degree
- TESOL, TEFL or Celta
Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver dynamic and creative lessons
- Develop weekly lesson plans according to curriculum
- Mark students’ classwork, homework, exams, and other additional assignments
- Manage student behavior by establishing classroom guidelines
- Actively and enthusiastically participate in school related engagements
