Are you interested in an opportunity to teach English to elementary age students in Taiwan? Global Kids English School is seeking an experienced English teacher to join their team.
Located near Xike Train Station, just 20 minutes away from Taipei Main Station, this position offers competitive hourly rates ranging from NT$600 to NT$800, with around 30 teaching hours per week. In addition, teachers receive free furnished accommodation, saving up to NT$10,000 monthly, resulting in a total take-home pay of over NT$72,000.
The school provides a supportive environment where teachers work alongside in-class co-teachers to effectively manage classrooms with 20+ students. The working hours are Monday to Friday in the afternoons and evenings, with 3 nights per week ending at 9:00 PM.
Teachers at Global Kids English School use the Oxford Discover series to go beyond traditional ESL teaching, focusing on critical 21st-century skills such as critical thinking, communication, collaboration, and creativity. The curriculum also includes character-building storybooks to enhance emotional and social learning.
