Job Description:

Learn Satit Pattana School (LSP) in Bangkok is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic ESL Teacher to join their team full-time in the ISP Program. The teacher will be responsible for delivering English as a Second Language classes to secondary students (Grades 7–11), following the U.S. curriculum. This role offers the chance to inspire students, promote language proficiency, and potentially grow into a leadership role within the English department.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Designing and delivering ESL lessons to enhance students' reading, writing, listening, and speaking abilities.
- Utilizing differentiated instruction for diverse learners.
- Advancing students' CEFR levels with structured plans.
- Creating courses for English exams like IELTS and SAT.
- Promoting critical thinking and communication in English.
- Monitoring student progress and providing feedback.
- Incorporating real-world learning into lessons.
- Collaborating with colleagues to improve teaching strategies.
- Mentoring fellow teachers and encouraging student participation in extracurricular activities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in English, TESOL, Applied Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
- ESL, TESOL certification or equivalent preferred.
- Teaching license from Kurusapa is preferred.
- Native English speaker with 3–4 years of secondary teaching experience.
- Curriculum development and student assessment experience.
- Experience with CEFR progression and standardized exam preparation.
- Strong classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Leadership experience within an educational department.
- Proficient in educational technology and digital tools.
