Job Description:

Are you an enthusiastic English teacher looking for a new opportunity in Central Seoul, Korea at the DongDae Mun Poly School campus? We are currently hiring two ESL teachers to start in September 2025.

At DongDae Mun Poly School, we pride ourselves on our well-developed curriculum and supportive environment for both teachers and students. Our campus is conveniently located in the heart of Seoul, offering easy access to transportation and shopping, making it an ideal place to work and live.

We provide a competitive salary ranging from 2.4 million KRW to 2.9 million KRW per month, depending on experience. The working hours are from Monday to Friday, with no weekend classes, ensuring a good work-life balance. Class sizes are small, with a maximum of 12 students, and the level ranges from preschool to elementary.

As part of our benefits and compensation package, we offer some of the highest salaries in the industry, single airfare, furnished housing, paid vacation and national holidays, a fixed schedule, severance bonus, pension contributions, and national health insurance. Additionally, we do not have internet/telephone lessons or split shifts.

To qualify for this position, you must be a native English speaker with a 4-year Bachelor's degree from an accredited American or Canadian university/college. Gyopos (American or Canadian born Koreans) are also welcome to apply. A genuine love for teaching and children, as well as an outgoing personality, are essential.
