YBM Language Institutes is on the lookout for enthusiastic and skilled instructors to become part of the adult EFL educators team at its YBM Jongno branch in Seoul. Instructors will work closely with an English-speaking academic supervisor and receive comprehensive support to assist students in achieving their language development objectives through a variety of classes like Topic Discussion, Business English, and English for Academic Purposes.
Utilizing a range of resources including commercially published texts, standardized lessons, and materials crafted by teachers, instructors will engage in small group and one-to-one classes with adult learners. This will not only offer valuable teaching experiences but also pave the way for professional growth.
LOCATIONS & START DATES
This full-time position requires applicants to be present at paid training sessions in the last week of the month before their planned start dates. Teaching commences on the first weekday of the month or the closest day to the 1st of the month.
YBM Jongno (Seoul): December 2025* & January 2026
*Preference will be given to candidates currently working as EFL instructors in Korea.

WORKING HOURS
Instructors will conduct six 50-minute classes per day, totaling 30 teaching hours per week from Monday to Friday. There are also opportunities for Saturday classes.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
- Positive and energetic attitude
- Previous experience in student or service-oriented roles (preferred)
- Formal EFL teaching experience with adult learners, and/or CELTA, TEFL certification (preferred)
- Online EFL teaching experience (preferred)
- Possession of a valid passport and undergraduate diploma from specific countries
