Qualifications:
- Hold a Master’s degree or higher in Humanities, Education, or Social Sciences (TESOL or Applied Linguistics preferred) AND have a minimum of 2 years of English teaching experience at the university level, OR
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in any field AND a recognized TESOL certificate AND have a minimum of 4 years of English teaching experience at the university level
- Be a native English speaker
- Meet other qualifications as per the university's recruitment regulations
Job Specifications:
- Teach a minimum of 12 hours, but less than 21 hours a week each semester (English Communication class)
- Conduct workshops, teacher training programs, and other university programs when required
- Provide support to the university and the Department of English Education as needed
Terms of Employment/Payment:
- 1-year Contract (March 1, 2026 – Feb 28, 2027) with possible renewal based on performance evaluation and university policies
- Full-time instructor position
- Monthly salary of KRW 2,300,000 with additional payment for extra hours
- Housing Allowance: KRW 700,000 per month
- Health insurance provided as per Korean law
