If you join our team, you can expect a competitive salary between 68,000-85,000 NT per month, based on qualifications and experience. As a Homeroom Teacher, your responsibilities will include organizing lessons, preparing materials, assigning homework, recommending books, and providing personalized learning plans for students with special needs. You will also be expected to manage classroom dynamics, communicate with parents about student progress, and collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall student experience.
To qualify for this position, you must be a native English speaker with a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in English, math, or science. You should possess patience, energy, and creative communication skills. The ability to teach Language Arts, Mathematics, Social Studies, and Science to students in Grades 1-6 is essential.
