Full-time teaching position available at Hanyang Elementary School, a prestigious private school situated on the Hanyang University campus in Seoul. Join our English Department for the academic year running from March 2026 to February 2027.
Location: Seoul, near Hanyang University Station on Subway Line 2.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Native English speaker residing in Korea
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) from an accredited institution
- Prior teaching experience in Korea, preferably in private schools
- TEFL, CELTA, or TESOL certification is advantageous
- E2 or F visa holder
- Medical check-up required before the school year begins
Conditions and Benefits:
- Working Hours: 8:30-4:30, Monday to Friday
- Teaching Hours: Up to 24 classes per week (40 minutes each)
- Class Size: Around 10 students per class, teaching Grades 1-6
- Monthly Pay: 3,100,000~3,200,000 won (including housing, amount varies based on experience)
- Additional Benefits: Severance, National Pension, and Health Insurance
- Vacation: Summer and Winter breaks as per the school calendar. Mandatory two-week summer camp with additional pay of 1,650,000+
