Job Description:

Norwich International School, Rama 2, is in search of an enthusiastic and experienced individual to take on the role of Head of Early Years beginning in August 2025. We are dedicated to delivering outstanding education and are therefore seeking a committed leader to oversee our Early Years program, providing top-notch early childhood education based on the British curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and supervise the Early Years department to maintain the highest standards of teaching and learning

- Develop, implement, and evaluate the curriculum in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and Play-Based Learning methods within the British curriculum framework

- Offer inspirational leadership and direction to the Early Years team, creating a collaborative and supportive atmosphere

- Engage with parents and the wider community to establish strong partnerships that aid in children's development

- Ensure a nurturing, safe, and welcoming learning environment for all students

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years' experience in early childhood education, demonstrating leadership and curriculum management skills

- Thorough understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum and Play-Based Learning methods within the British curriculum

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in English

- Supportive leadership style that fosters inspiration and motivation within a team

- Teaching certification in Early Years Education is advantageous
