Invictus International, Thailand, is looking for Nursery class teachers to become part of our rapidly expanding family.
The Invictus International School (IIS) in Thailand, designed by Invictus International School in Singapore, provides high-quality education following the Cambridge International Education program for children aged 3 to 11.
We are currently in search of dynamic and experienced nursery teachers who are dedicated to child-led, inquiry-based learning to join our wonderful team. The nursery class teacher will serve as both a nursery and homeroom teacher.
Responsibilities and desired qualities include:
Passion for engaging and educating young children
Strong understanding of educational techniques for teaching young children
Patient and supportive teaching approach
Enthusiastic and encouraging demeanor
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Provision of tools and resources for children to utilize during learning and play
Adaptation of teaching methods to suit children's interests and learning styles
Establishment and maintenance of positive relationships with children, colleagues, and parents
Creation of daily activity plans aligned with the school curriculum and philosophy
Fostering a positive and safe learning environment
Ensuring the classroom remains clean and secure at all times
Encouraging creative thinking and learning
Being a cooperative team player
The ideal candidate will possess:
At least 2 years of teaching experience at the Early Years/Nursery level in an international school
Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Early Childhood Education
Experience with UK Early Years Curriculum or Cambridge International Early Years Curriculum
Excellent communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and organizational skills
Ability to adapt to changes and demonstrate resilience
