Job Description:

We are looking for a Learning Designer (Native English Speaker) in Hanoi
Salary: $3,000 (Negotiable)
Qualifications:
- Must be a Native English speaker from the UK, US, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, or other native English-speaking countries
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, TESOL, or a related field
- Previous experience in teaching English to non-native speakers or content development is preferred
- Familiarity with the IELTS exam structure and requirements (or willingness to learn)
- Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar and vocabulary
Employment Terms:
- Probation Period: 2 months
- Probation Salary: 85% of the base salary during probation
- Full Salary: Starts after successfully completing the probation period
- Contract: Yearly renewal based on performance and meeting set conditions
