Glory Singapore International School in Bangkok is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Math Teacher for both Primary and Secondary levels. The salary for a Primary Level Math Teacher starts at 35,000 Baht per month, while for Secondary Level Math Teachers with experience in teaching A-Level Math, the salary ranges from 40,000 to 45,000 Baht per month. The position is available immediately.
Responsibilities include designing and implementing a comprehensive teaching plan, conducting 20 one-hour classes weekly, organizing educational materials and resources, maintaining communication with parents, evaluating students' progress, fostering cooperative interactions among students, collaborating with administrative staff, adhering to teaching standards and safety regulations, and ensuring child safeguarding.
Specific qualifications required include a deep understanding of child development and current educational practices, creative and artistic teaching skills, organizational abilities, patience, flexibility, and strong communication skills.
General requirements include holding a teaching license and a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field, proficiency in using computers and technology for instruction, residency in Thailand, successful completion of a paper test, interview, and class demo, a valid criminal background check, and submission of two references for a reference check. Candidates will be questioned on safeguarding matters during the selection process.
Compensation includes coverage of visa and work permit fees, accident and health insurance, income tax payment, on-campus lunch and snacks, and paid holidays.
