The International School of Phangan (ISPG), located on the beautiful island of Koh Phangan, is expanding and seeks passionate, qualified, and experienced Native English Speaking Teachers to join our founding team. We are searching for dedicated educators committed to delivering high-quality international education while enjoying a fulfilling lifestyle in this stunning location.
We have several full-time openings available, including:
- Nursery Teacher (1 position)
- Kindergarten Teacher for K2 and K3 (1 position)
- Primary Teacher for Year 5 (1 position)
- IT Teacher (1 position)
- Librarian (1 position)

Candidates must be native English speakers with a relevant bachelor’s degree in Education or a subject-related field. Prior teaching experience in an international school setting is highly preferred and will be prioritized. 📌 Please review the requirements to teach English in Thailand before you start applying for teaching positions. If the job post specifies "NES" or "Native English Speaker", it typically means applicants are required to be from one of the following countries: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa. ⚠️ Watch out for agencies that charge fees or take a cut of your salary. Good agencies get paid by the schools - not by taking money from you. If you’re not sure how they make money, just ask. If they say they take a percentage, that’s a red flag - avoid them and let us know so we can ban them from the site. Unlike other job boards that allow these kinds of agencies to advertise at your expense, we don’t - we’ve already banned several to stop teachers from being underpaid or exploited.
