We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated English teachers to join our growing international team in Konya, Turkey for a full-time, long-term position.

What You’ll Do
Teach students of various age groups, from young learners to adults
Deliver interactive, communication-focused lessons
Create engaging, student-centered learning environments
Prepare students for international exams (IELTS, TOEFL, TOEIC, TOLES, OET)
Contribute to curriculum development and academic projects
Take part in ongoing training and professional development
Who We’re Looking For
Native English speakers with a passion for education
Bachelor’s degree in any field (required for the work permit process) — Education, Linguistics, or related fields preferred
Teaching certification (TESOL, CELTA, DELTA, or equivalent) preferred
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Professional, reliable, and motivated educators
Enthusiastic about creating enjoyable, student-centered learning environments
Independent and proactive in shaping their classroom experience
A long-term career mindset
Willingness to relocate to Konya and become part of a multicultural team
Spanish and/or German is a plus.
Prior experience preparing students for international exams (IELTS, TOEFL, TOEIC, TOLES, OET) is an advantage.
Experience with the Direct Method is also considered a strong plus.
Candidates with proven exam preparation experience will be given priority.
