We are a small English academy located in southern Wirye and currently seeking a part-time English teacher for elementary students starting late April or early May. The ideal candidate should be already based in South Korea and must be a Gyopo or a Westerner from English-speaking countries like the US, Canada, England, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand.
The position entails teaching 1st to 3rd-grade students in the afternoons from 2 PM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Friday. We are looking for someone who is friendly, laid-back, and most importantly, passionate about teaching children. Creativity and fun are encouraged in the classroom, with minimal prep work required.
Candidates with prior teaching experience in Korea and good credentials are preferred, and proficiency in Korean is a bonus. The salary for this position ranges from 2.1 to 2.4 million won, negotiable based on experience. Gender is not a factor in our selection process.
