We are looking for skilled and imaginative writers to be part of our team. The perfect candidate will excel at constructing captivating stories, developing profound personal narratives, and presenting distinct viewpoints mainly in travel, biography, and journalistic writing. Your primary duties will involve composing and refining pieces that capture individuality, contemplation, and personal development, catering to a perceptive audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft and edit first-person narratives, travel accounts, and biographical content.
- Create articles that exhibit character, profundity, and distinctive viewpoints.
- Conduct comprehensive research and interviews as needed.
- Work closely with the editorial team to uphold high standards of quality and innovation.
- Amend and enhance content based on feedback to ensure a captivating and polished end product.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated excellence in creative writing.
- Proven background in writing first-person narratives with themes of introspection and personal growth.
- A robust portfolio, including a minimum of two first-person journal-style writing samples of 200+ words each, demonstrating deep introspection and expanded perspectives.
- Previous experience in online writing (e.g., blogs) and/or published works is advantageous.
- Ability to achieve a minimum score of 90% human authenticity in AI detection tests (e.g., Originality, Winston) for all submitted work.
- Exceptional proficiency in English.
- While educational qualifications are not mandatory, a strong writing portfolio is crucial.
Submission Requirements:
- Portfolio: Two journal-style writing samples (each over 200 words).
- Resume: Include educational background (if relevant) and pertinent writing experience.
- Identification: Provide the face page of your passport to verify authenticity and ownership of submitted work.
Selection Process:
Shortlisted candidates will undergo a writing and editing assessment to showcase their skills further.
