Job Description:

Mosaic Learning Center in Bang Phra, Chon Buri, Thailand, is a prominent institution dedicated to alternative education. We are committed to fostering independent thinkers and responsible citizens. We are currently seeking an innovative and highly capable teacher to join our team and support students in their journey toward self-directed learning.

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced educator to contribute to our curriculum, which emphasizes real-world application, critical inquiry, and student autonomy.

Responsibilities:
- Design and lead learning experiences that challenge traditional educational models and promote student ownership of their education.
- Mentor students in developing strong decision-making skills and personal responsibility.
- Collaborate with faculty to uphold a culture of high expectations, mutual respect, and continuous growth.

Qualifications:
- Excellent command of English, with exceptional fluency in both written and verbal communication, is essential for delivering complex instruction, providing clear feedback, and effectively interacting with our diverse community.
- Demonstrated worldly experience, with life or career experiences that extend beyond typical academic settings. We value a broad, global perspective to enrich classroom dialogue and connect learning to diverse cultures and real-world complexities.
- Professionalism, including a commitment to high standards of ethics, reliability, time management, and collaborative practice within a high-performing, progressive school environment.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary up to 40,000 Baht per month, depending on qualifications.

If they say they take a percentage, that’s a red flag - avoid them and let us know so we can ban them from the site. Unlike other job boards that allow these kinds of agencies to advertise at your expense, we don’t - we’ve already banned several to stop teachers from being underpaid or exploited.
