We, at Sejong International Academy, a small private school in Gimpo, are currently seeking experienced, creative, and passionate bilingual English teachers to join our team.
Applicants must be currently residing in Korea as all interviews will be conducted in person at SIA.
The hiring process includes submitting an application, receiving an interview invitation, attending an interview, and signing the contract by January 9th.
Available Positions:
- Kindergarten Teacher (ages 5-7)
- Elementary Teacher (grades 1-5)
Starting Date:
- Kindergarten teacher - ASAP or March 2026
- Elementary teacher - March 2026
Working Hours: 8:30am - 17:30pm (with an hour break) / Monday-Friday
Salary: Negotiable starting at 2.5 million KRW (depending on experience and education)
Requirements:
- F visa, E-2
- 2 years or more teaching experience in kindergarten or grades 1-3
- Intermediate level Korean language skills (around TOPIK level 3)
- BA in Education preferred

Duties include:
- Teaching English language skills to children
- Planning and delivering creative lessons
- Creating a positive classroom environment
- Providing feedback to parents
