Position Details:
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Location: Dongtan (Hwaseong)
- Working Hours: 09:00–18:00
- Start Date: ASAP/August 2026
- Teaching Hours: Maximum of 26 hours per week
Compensation & Benefits:
- Elementary Salary: 2.5 KRW and up (negotiable based on education and experience)
- Vacation: 3 weeks (1 week in summer & 2 weeks in winter) + 2 paid sick days
- Housing: Provided or housing allowance of 500,000 KRW
Qualifications & Requirements:
- E-2 or F-series visa holder (E-2 visa sponsorship available)
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum 3–4 years)
- At least 2 years of teaching experience
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement syllabus, unit plans, and lesson plans aligned with GCIS standards
- Provide consistent homework and feedback
- Design assessments and projects for student development
- Communicate with parents about student progress
- Prepare progress reports and report cards
- Participate in professional development sessions and school events
- Attend Parent–Teacher Conferences and GCIS community programs
