We're looking for a passionate and experienced HEAD TEACHER to join our team at Kapla!
• Full-time position: working 5 days per week
• Work location: Di An City – Binh Duong (close to Thu Duc City- take around 20-30 minutes from District 2, District 9, and Go Vap)
• Start date: ASAP
• Students aged: 3 - 16 years old
• Salary: starting from 42.000.000 VND per month
🚀Requirements:
• 2 years’ teaching experience (preferred)
• Bachelor's degree and teaching certificate
• Good communication and leadership skills
🚀Responsibilities:
• Observing, training, and developing teachers
• Onboarding new teachers
• Delivering ESL classes and placement testing
• Managing and supporting a team of teachers
• Overseeing academic operations
