Seeking a part-time English teacher for elementary students in Asan, Chungnam. The position offers 150,000 KRW for a 3-hour teaching session. The workday is flexible, either on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday from 2:30 to 6:00 PM, including a 30-minute break. The base pay is 140,000 KRW, with a bonus of 10,000 KRW for full attendance each month, totaling 150,000 KRW. The teaching rate is capped at 55,000 KRW/hr for regular shifts, with potential for raises based on performance.
The job provides a fixed schedule, but some flexibility is available with prior arrangements. Curriculum and materials are provided, with a teaching assistant or director present during classes. No parent communication is required. Additional teaching opportunities are available for morning and evening classes with adult learners or companies.
The location is near Tangjeong subway station in Asan, and applicants must be native English speakers with teaching experience, a valid visa, and eligibility for freelance tax withholding.
