About the Role: You will work with young learners, shaping their early education experiences in a fun and stimulating classroom environment. We understand that moving abroad is a big decision and are happy to accommodate both solo applicants and couples looking to teach and live together in China. _____________________________________________________________ Kindergarten: · Location: Shenzhen (80% of the positions are here )/Guangzhou/Shanghai/Beijing and other tier 1 & tier 2 cities · Working Days and Hours: M-F, 08:00-17:30; weekends off, 40 working hours per week. · Student age: Kindergarten 2-7 years old · Teaching Assistant: 1 - 3 Chinese teachers · Start Date: February & August will be the new semester intake/ Year-Round Hiring Training Center: · Location: Shenzhen (80% of the positions are here )/Guangzhou/Shanghai/Beijing and other tier 1 & tier 2 cities · Working Days and Hours: 3 days on weekdays from afternoon till evening and work 2 days on weekend, 2 days off during the weekdays, 40 working hours per week. · Student age: 3-12 years old _____________________________________________________________ Responsibilities: · Curriculum and Instruction: Demonstrate an understanding of curriculum, subject content, and pedagogical knowledge to create relevant and engaging learning experiences for students. · Classroom Management: Manage classroom procedures, student behavior, and maintain a positive and respectful learning environment. · Instructional Design: Design coherent and effective lesson plans that actively engage students and enhance their learning. · Environment Creation: Contribute to setting up teaching materials and classroom decorations to create a motivating and supportive learning space. · Assessment: Document students’ learning and assess their progress to continuously improve teaching strategies and student outcomes. Salary & Benefits – Salary between 12,000CNY – 20,000CNY / Month – Paid Summer / Winter vacation – Foreign teachers community – Training & Curriculum provided – Social Security/health insurance – Flight allowance – 11 days of Chinese official holidays – Free hotel accommodation upon arrival – Support in finding an accommodation – Full support in making the transition to life in China _____________________________________________________________ - Bachelor’s degree (no major limit) - From the English native-speaking countries (United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa) - TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate or 2 years of teaching experience - Non-criminal background - Teaching experience with young children (ages 2-6) is preferred, but we welcome applicants without prior teaching experience.
