Job Description:

Baekseok University in Cheonan, South Korea is looking for enthusiastic English teachers to join the International Summer Camp Program. The camp aims to enhance students' communication skills, confidence, and intercultural exchange.

If you enjoy working with teenagers in an international setting, are energetic, adaptable, and creative, this might be the perfect opportunity for you.

The program will run from 7 July to 25 July. Classes will be held on weekdays, with a morning session from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and an afternoon session from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. The total teaching hours will be approximately 60, including the final assessment.

Teachers are expected to prioritize speaking and communication activities, create a positive classroom atmosphere, and encourage active student participation. The focus will be on improving students' confidence and fluency in spoken English through interactive and engaging lessons.

To be eligible, you must have prior English teaching experience and be legally allowed to work in South Korea. Experience teaching teenagers or young learners is preferred. Native English speakers are required.

The compensation is competitive and based on experience and qualifications. Accommodation will be provided throughout the program, with lunch on teaching days. Each class group will have a teaching assistant.
