TLI is currently seeking an English Teaching Assistant (ETA) to join our team in collaboration with the Taipei City Government.
A.

B.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work at elementary or junior high schools in Taipei City.
- Assist local teachers in various subjects.
- Create a comfortable English learning atmosphere, motivate students, and boost their confidence in speaking English.
- Develop engaging learning activities and support English Corner activities.
- Manage classrooms effectively and maintain discipline.
- Attend TLI training sessions and meetings regularly.
- Follow school policies and TLI guidance.
- Accept periodic teaching performance evaluations.
C.
Working Hours:
- Full availability from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with flexible arrival and departure times based on school regulations.
- Maximum of 20 teaching hours per week (Monday to Friday).
- Stay on campus for teaching-related tasks.
- Obtain approval before leaving the campus even when not scheduled to teach.
- No on-site service during winter and summer breaks.

Application Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree; English or Education-related field preferred.
- TEFL or TESOL certification is a plus.
