About Us
EDISEN Academy is in search of dedicated teachers for elementary school students, offering a safe and engaging environment for both students and staff. Established in 2013, our academy boasts over 40 faculty members and 900 students across two campuses in Daechi (Hanti station) and Bundang (Sunae station).
Our admission process ensures students are well-prepared to engage with advanced material, with high English proficiency compared to their peers in the country. Students at EDISEN excel in English, making them ready for classrooms in English-speaking countries.
Our teaching approach focuses on interactive learning through peer discussions and Kagan Cooperative Learning principles, supported by a comprehensive curriculum developed by the EDISEN R&D Team.

Job Description
- Teach one or two grades in your classroom
- Deliver EDISEN's curriculum based on cooperative learning pedagogy
- Grade students' work and provide feedback
- Collaborate with parents and students
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with apostilled diploma
- E2 or F Visa
- Minimum one year of teaching experience in Korea
- Native English proficiency

Work Hours (Mon-Fri):
Daechi Campus
- Gr.1: 1:20pm – 7:40pm
- Gr.2: 1:20pm – 8:40pm
- Gr.3: 2:20pm – 9:40pm
- Gr.4: 2:20pm – 9:40pm
- Gr.5-6: 2:30pm – 9:50pm
Bundang Campus
- Gr.2-5: 2:10pm – 9:20pm
Vacations:
- Approximately 21 days per year based on academic calendar
- Work on some public holidays
Salary:
- Starts at 4.3 million KRW
- Negotiable based on performance in final interview
- Severance pay after one year
- Housing not provided
