Overview:

We are establishing a new Kindergarten Start-up that follows a British curriculum, focusing on the development of children aged 1-5 years. This institution will offer a culturally diverse, play-based learning environment for short-term enrollees from different countries. Our innovative approach includes:

• Initial mixed-age groupings

• Gradual age-based class divisions as the student population expands

• A multicultural educational setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Educate and nurture children aged 1-5 years

• Coordinate classroom activities and educational initiatives

• Assist in the student admissions process

• Conduct guided tours and consultations for international parents

• Welcome and assist prospective student families

• Maintain a secure, stimulating, and caring learning atmosphere

Job Requirements:

We are looking for a qualified and enthusiastic Native English Teacher (preferably Female) who can excel as a Professional Homeroom Teacher. The ideal candidate should possess an Educational Degree or related field, with a preference for PGCE/Early Childhood qualifications. Prior experience in teaching or working with young learners is advantageous.

Required start date: January 2025

This will allow for adequate training before the school's scheduled opening.

Ideal Candidate:

• Female Native English Speaker

• Demonstrates exceptional qualities such as energy, compassion, resilience, and initiative

• Willingness to commit to an 18-19 month contract (January 2025 - July 2026)

• Strong communication skills

• Warm, patient, and child-friendly demeanor

• Proficient in administration and communication

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Accredited Bachelor's degree, preferably with PGCE/Elementary level

• A university qualification is mandatory as per Thai Ministry of Education regulations

• Experience in teaching young/Kindergarten students is highly recommended

Base Salary Range: 40,000-60,000 THB

Salary offer is dependent on qualifications and teaching assignments**
