Obligatory Qualifications
๐ Bachelorโs Degree: From an accredited institution in any field. If not an English Language or Education major, a recognized TEFL, TESOL (minimum 120 hours), or CELTA certification is required.
๐ฃ๏ธ Native-Level Proficiency in English: Native speakers or candidates with equivalent proficiency and a clear, understandable accent.
๐ฉโ๐ซ Teaching Experience: At least 3 years of proven experience teaching English to non-native speakers, preferably to young learners or in an ESL environment.
๐ Consular Legalization: All foreign academic qualifications and teaching experience must be consularly legalized to meet Vietnamese work permit requirements.
๐ Work Permit Eligibility: Able to meet the legal criteria for a work permit in Vietnam.
โญ Preferred Qualifications
๐ Experience with Standardized Tests: Familiarity with IELTS or Cambridge exam preparation.
๐ Cross-Cultural Communication Skills: Experience living or working in cross-cultural environments is a plus.
