Job Vacancy: Homeroom Teacher (Native English Speaker)

School: Pensmith International School
Curriculum: British National Curriculum
Position: Homeroom Teacher (English subject focus)
Start Date: 4 November 2025
Preferred: Female

Language Requirement: Native English Speaker
Salary & Benefits:
* Starting salary: 40,000 THB+ (based on experience)
* Workload — 20-22 teaching periods per week
* 12-month contract with the possibility of renewal
* 3-month probation period
* Work Permit and Non-B Visa reimbursed by the school
* SSO insurance provided
* School holidays, paid leave, and sick days included
* Free lunch provided daily on work days.
Job Responsibilities:
* Teach English following the British National Curriculum
* Prepare engaging lesson plans and maintain a supportive classroom environment
* Assess and record student progress and performance
* Communicate effectively with parents, students, and staff
Requirements:
* Native English Speaker
* Bachelor’s degree (Education or related field preferred)
* TEFL/CELTA/DELTA (desired)
* Prior teaching experience (British curriculum experience is an advantage)
* Professional, responsible, and passionate about teaching
