Little Beans Language School, located in Gateway Ekamai, Bangkok, is seeking a passionate teacher to join our vibrant team. We are a language and STEAM learning center for children aged 1.5 to 12 years. At Little Beans, we believe learning should be joyful, creative, and filled with amazing moments. We need someone who can bring lessons to life and make children excited to return for more!
Responsibilities:
- Design engaging lesson plans that make learning enjoyable and purposeful.
- Contribute fresh ideas to develop and enhance our curriculum.
- Supervise and guide children during classes, ensuring a safe and happy environment.
- Provide clear and constructive feedback to parents after each class.
- Explain our courses to parents effectively, as no one understands a lesson better than the teacher.
- Collaborate with the team to plan events, workshops, and special activities.
- Prepare and organize class materials; a love for stationery is a bonus.
- Maintain progress records and celebrate every milestone, big or small.
Requirements:
- Flexible working hours between 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM or 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM, five days a week, with two days off (not necessarily on weekends). Working hours and days may change during school breaks.
- A Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Education or a related field.
- Experience working with children aged 1.5 to 12 years is advantageous.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Creative, energetic, and adaptable to different age groups and activities.
- Responsible, punctual, and a good team player.
- A love for learning as much as teaching, as curiosity is contagious.
