I. GOAL
Build and provide quality teaching lessons for students of all ages and levels.
II. TASKS & DUTIES
1) Teaching:
- Conduct teaching lessons as assigned within schedule.
- Prepare lesson plans in advance to align with the curriculum and meet student needs.
- Conduct all required reports to management.
- Be punctual and follow company procedures for lateness, absence and or holiday requests.
- Back up for absent teachers or any emergency cases.
2) Administration:
- Conduct oral tests to ensure students go to the correct level of study to meet their goals.
- Prepare lesson plans, materials, activities. (EDB files must be sent 24 hours in advance)
- Score and report student performance.
- Meet with parents and or clients.
- Attend appropriate events.
3) Other reasonable tasks assigned by management
III. WORKING HOURS and LOCATIONS
Teachers will be provided a schedule for each month based on the teacher’s and centre’s availability.
Minimum teaching hours: 4.5 hours per week for the first month, increasing to 12 hours per week in the following months.
IV. BENEFITS
Hourly rate: 450,000 - 550,000 VND per hour.
Free monthly training sessions.
Reimbursement of work permit and residency card setup.
All curriculum provided.
Teacher support network.
V. REQUIREMENT
Have the experience of teaching at least 1 year: online/offline for group.
Strong subject knowledge and good communication, classroom management skills.
Ability to prepare lesson plans before class.
Native English speakers from the UK, US, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, Ireland.
The teacher is required to provide originals of the following documents:
- Passport
- University degree
- Internationally recognized teaching certificate: TEFL, TESOL, CELTA
