Job Description:

Glory Singapore International School Ramintra in Bangkok is seeking a Native English-Speaking (NES) English Teacher for the primary level, with a starting salary of at least 50,000 Baht per month, for a full-time position beginning in August 2025.

Responsibilities include designing and implementing a comprehensive teaching plan, conducting 20 one-hour periods per week, organizing learning materials and resources, and maintaining open communication with parents. Teachers will assess student performance regularly, monitor interactions, foster cooperation, collaborate with administrative staff, and adhere to teaching standards and safety regulations. Ensuring the safeguarding of children is a crucial responsibility.

Specific qualifications required include a deep understanding of child development and contemporary educational theories, creative teaching abilities, organizational skills, patience, flexibility, and strong communication skills.

General requirements include holding a teaching license and a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field, proficiency in using technological tools for instruction, residing in Thailand, and undergoing a paper test, interview, and class demonstration. Applicants must have a valid criminal background check, provide two references in their CV, and be prepared for safeguarding-related questions.

Compensation includes visa and work permit fees, accident and health insurance, tax income payment, lunch and snacks on campus, and paid holidays.
