Glory Singapore International School in Bangkok is seeking qualified candidates for the position of NES English Teacher, available immediately. The position offers a monthly salary starting at 60,000 Baht for full-time work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive teaching plan.
- Conduct 20 one-hour teaching sessions per week.
- Teach literacy, numeracy, and essential personal, social, and emotional skills.
- Organize educational materials and resources effectively.
- Maintain communication with parents and provide them with pertinent information.
- Regularly assess students' performance and progress.
- Foster positive interactions among students, encouraging cooperation and sharing.
- Collaborate with administrative staff.
- Adhere to educational standards and safety regulations.
- Ensure the safeguarding and protection of children.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a teacher.
- In-depth knowledge of child development and contemporary educational theories.
- Creative teaching skills.
- Strong organizational, communication, patience, and flexibility skills.
- Must hold a teaching license and a Bachelor's degree in Education.
- Proficient in using computers and technology for instructional purposes.
Requirements:
- Applicants must currently reside in Thailand and will undergo a paper test, interview, and class demonstration.
- A valid criminal background check is required.
- Submission of two references is mandatory for a reference check.
- Candidates will be questioned on safeguarding matters.
