Wonderlearn Academy in Songkhla, Thailand is looking for a passionate, enthusiastic Native English Teacher to join our growing team!

We are a private learning center that provides fun, engaging, and meaningful learning experiences for children aged 3 to adult. Our curriculum focuses on Phonics, Literacy, Communication Skills, Science, Math and Creative Learning.
Location: WonderLearn Academy – Songkhla, Thailand
Position: English Teacher (Full-time)
✅ Qualifications
• Female applicants preferred. However, male applicants who are gentle, fun, and love working with children are also welcome to apply.
• • Native English speakers (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, etc.)
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education or a related field
• At least 1–2 years of teaching experience with young learners
• Experience teaching beginner-level students with little to no English foundation (preferred)
• Previous teaching experience in a tutorial school/learning center (preferred)
• TESOL / TEFL / CELTA certification (preferred)
• Age not over 50 years old
• Patient, caring, and able to understand children’s nature and development
• Ability to design fun, play-based, and engaging lessons while maintaining classroom disciplineใ
• On-time performance and flexibility.
• Strong background in ESL education, training, or program coordination.
• Experience managing camps, training programs, or educational projects.
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
• Ability to adapt curriculum and activities for different learning environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Culturally sensitive.
📝 Responsibilities
• Teach English to students from Kindergarten to Primary level able to teach Phonics,Grammar, Conversation, Math and Science.
• Design and deliver interactive, enjoyable, and stress-free lesson plans
• Create activities that encourage learning through play while ensuring effective classroom management
• Support students who are beginners and have little exposure to English
• Adapt lessons to suit the needs and levels of different student groups
• Utilize various teaching techniques including games, songs, dialogues, and presentations
• Assess student performance and provide progress reports to parents
• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to curriculum and activity development
• Create engaging lesson plans and learning materials for various age groups and proficiency levels.
• Integrate project-based, hands-on learning methods into curriculum design.
• Ensure lessons promote communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
🕒 Working Hours
Monday–Thursday: 1.00 PM – 7:30 PM
Saturday–Sunday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Day off: Friday
💰 Benefits
Salary: THB 32,000 – 40,000 per month (depending on qualifications and experience)
Visa and Work Permit support provided
