Job Description:

Kids Avenue International Kindergarten in Sriracha, Chonburi, Thailand is currently hiring a passionate and dedicated Early Years Teacher (EYFS) to join our team. This full-time role offers a competitive salary of 35,000–45,000 THB per month, depending on qualifications and experience. We are looking for someone who can start between May and June 2026.

As an Early Years Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering structured and creative lessons aligned with the EYFS framework for children aged 2–6 years. Your role will include supporting children's holistic development, conducting assessments, maintaining communication with parents, and promoting safeguarding and professional standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum, effective classroom management skills, experience in play-based learning, and a passion for working with young children. A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is required, and native English speakers are preferred. New graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.

The position is located in Sriracha, Chonburi, which is 30 minutes from Pattaya and 2 hours from Bangkok. Working hours are Monday to Friday with 15–18 teaching hours per week. The contract duration is 2 or 3 academic years, with a 3-month probation period. Visa and work permit assistance, performance bonuses, and paid holidays are included in the benefits package.
