1. About LEC (LEOGO English Centre)

LEC is a fast-growing chain of English centers for children that has expanded robustly in the Da Nang market over the past 6 years. We have earned the trust and affection of over 2,000 students across 5 campuses located in the central areas of the city.

To achieve this, we provide a well-structured Cambridge English curriculum tailored to local students' abilities, maintain small class sizes (5–14 students per class), and continuously seek qualified, certified, and dedicated foreign teachers.
- Comprehensive Support: We provide full lesson plans, teaching materials, and alternative resources. Our standardized system clearly outlines the content and learning outcomes for each session, allowing you to focus entirely on delivering highly effective lessons.
- Professional Growth: You will have the opportunity to teach students across various age groups and levels, spanning kindergarten, primary, and secondary school. This is an opportunity to hone your practical teaching skills and advance your career.
- Legal & Relocation Assistance: We will sponsor and handle the entire documentation process for you (and your children) to legally reside and work in Vietnam, covering both work permits and Temporary Residence Cards (TRC).


2. You are the Ideal Candidate if You:
- Desire to legally live and work in Da Nang for at least 2 years.
- Genuine love for teaching English to children aged 4–15.
- Are positive, energetic, and seeking a safe, supportive, and professional environment.

3. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver lessons aligned with the Cambridge curriculum standards and Teacher’s Book guidelines according to the syllabus, ensuring specific learning outcomes for every class.
- Proactively bridge lesson content with engaging and meaningful classroom activities.
- Ensure students receive constructive and positive feedback throughout their learning journey to maintain progress and motivation.
- Support related academic tasks such as placement testing and classroom allocations.
- Carry out any duties as may be reasonably assigned by the Centre Manager, Head Teachers, and the Board of Directors (BOD).

4. Job Requirements
To meet the requirements for a Vietnamese work permit as regulated by local authorities, candidates must possess:
- Education & Certification: A Bachelor’s Degree and a TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate (120+ hours).
- English Proficiency: CEFR B2 level or higher.
- Experience: A proven employment record demonstrating at least 3 years of teaching experience.

5. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: 450,000 - 550,000 VND / teaching hour.
- Working Hours: Based on assigned teaching schedules within the following time slots:
- Tuesday - Friday: 5:30 PM – 9:00 PM
- Saturday & Sunday: 9:30 AM – 11:00 AM & 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- Total hours range from 10–20 hours/week.
- Time off: At least every Monday, plus mornings and afternoons during weekdays.
- Insurance: Health and social insurance packages in accordance with Vietnamese labor laws.
- Legality: Legally binding labor contract and work visa/permit sponsorship.
