Job Description:

We are looking for English ESL Teachers for a training center located in Guangzhou. This is a full-time position with an immediate start date.

This training center offers ESL and English Literacy programs for students aged 2.5 to 14, using unique teaching methods in ESL, phonology, and literacy for English proficiency. The curriculum, crafted by childhood developmental psychologists, emphasizes interactive, individualized learning. Instructors receive comprehensive training and materials for engaging lessons. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required
Teaching certificate required (B.Ed, TESOL/TEFL, CELTA/DELTA etc)
Native English speaker
Teaching experience preferred


Compensation and Benefits
Monthly salary of 17,000 to 21,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications
Monthly housing allowance of RMB 2000-2500 or accomodation provided
Yearly salary increases of RMB 1000 up to a maximum salary of RMB 24, 000
Airport pick-up
End of contract performance bonus
Flight reimbursement up to RMB 6,500
Contract renuwal bonus of RMB 5000
10 days paid annual leave plus all and an increase of 1 annual leave day per year of service
