Position: Full-Time ESL Teacher

Responsibilities
Plan and deliver dynamic ESL lessons for students of varying ages and proficiency levels.
Adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning styles and cultural backgrounds.
Create interactive activities that build confidence in speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
Provide constructive feedback and progress reports to students and parents.
Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and school events.
Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning atmosphere.
Participate in teacher training, workshops, and professional development sessions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (Education, English, Linguistics, or related field preferred).
TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification (or equivalent).
Native or near-native English proficiency.
Strong communication and classroom management skills.
Cultural sensitivity and adaptability to life in Taiwan.
Previous teaching experience is an advantage, but motivated newcomers are welcome.
