We are looking for enthusiastic and qualified English teachers to join a modern language school in Beijing. You’ll teach young learners aged 5 to 16, creating a fun and engaging environment that fosters fluency in speaking, listening, reading, and writing. With a maximum of 15 teaching hours per week and small class sizes, you’ll have ample time to explore Beijing’s vibrant culture and engage in a great work-life balance.
Job Highlights:
- Salary: 18,000 – 24,000 RMB per month commensurate with experience and qualifications
- Teaching hours: Maximum of 15 hours per week and no office hours
- Class size: Maximum of 15 students per class
- Schedule: Teach five days a week with two days off
- Location: Teach in the heart of Beijing, a city brimming with culture, history, and a lively expat community

Qualifications
- Native English speaker from UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, or South Africa
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- TEFL or other teaching certification
- Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience with young learners

Compensation
- 18,000 to 24,000 RMB per month commensurate with experience and qualifications
- 4,000 RMB contract completion bonus
- 6,000 RMB flight allowance
