Position Overview (Homeroom Teacher):
We are looking for dedicated teachers who are passionate about education and enjoy working with young learners. If you have a genuine love for teaching and the ability to engage children in meaningful learning experiences, we want to hear from you.
Position Details:
- Role: Homeroom Teacher
- Contract Period: 2026.03.01~2027.02.28
- Working Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm
- Compensation:
- Salary: Starting from 3,000,000 KRW (competitive, based on experience and qualifications)
- Housing Allowance: 700,000 KRW
- Payment Schedule: Monthly
- Holidays: 20 working days, including legal annual leave
Key Responsibilities include managing the classroom, developing engaging lesson plans, maintaining communication with parents, and enhancing student development through various activities.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or related field
- Teaching credentials or certifications are advantageous

Special Subject Teachers at PACE Academy play a crucial role in providing an interdisciplinary learning experience for students. Candidates should excel in hands-on learning, proactive lesson planning, and inspiring creativity in young learners.
Position Details:
- Role: Special Subject Teacher
- Contract Period: 2026.03.01~2027.02.28
- Working Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm
- Compensation:
- Salary: Starting from 2,800,000 KRW (based on experience and qualifications)
- Housing Allowance: 700,000 KRW
- Payment Schedule: Monthly
- Holidays: 20 working days, including legal annual leave
Responsibilities involve lesson planning, materials management, collaboration with homeroom teachers, event coordination, and documentation.
