Arkon Education Group is hiring full-time Preschool Teachers to join our growing Early Years team in Khujand, Tajikistan.

As a full-time Preschool Teacher, you will teach young learners in a warm, supportive, and well-organized preschool environment.

Ideal Candidate
We are looking for teachers who are kind, energetic, creative, reliable, and passionate about working with young children.
The ideal candidate will have:
Native-level English proficiency
CELTA, TEFL, TESOL, or an equivalent teaching qualification
A university degree in Teaching English, Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field
Experience teaching preschool children, young learners, or primary-aged students
A child-centered teaching style
Strong classroom management skills
A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
At least one year of post-qualification teaching experience is preferred. However, motivated first-time teachers with the right attitude and strong potential are also welcome to apply.
Experience with phonics, storytelling, songs, games, crafts, early literacy, or play-based learning will be an advantage.

Visa support
The school assists with and covers the cost of a multiple one-year work visa.
Airport transfer
Airport transfer is provided on arrival and departure.
Free accommodation
Housing is provided free of charge. For teachers living in school flats, all bills are paid by the school, including electricity, gas, cold and hot water, and local telephone. International telephone calls, cable TV, and internet are not included.
Free Russian classes
Teachers receive access to Russian language classes to help them settle into local life.
