Windfield International School Ko Samui, located in Surat Thani, is seeking a committed and compassionate Primary Learning Support & Behaviour Specialist. This full-time position offers a monthly salary of at least 50,000 THB. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting students with various learning, behavioural, emotional, and social needs.
Responsibilities include providing learning and classroom support, promoting positive behaviour, and assisting with emotional regulation. You will develop and monitor individual learning and behaviour plans and collaborate closely with teachers and teaching assistants to implement effective strategies. Additionally, you will monitor student progress and offer practical guidance to staff.
Applicants must have a relevant qualification in Learning Support, SEN, Education, Inclusion, Behaviour Support, or a related field, along with experience working with primary-aged children. Experience in supporting student behaviour in a school environment, strong communication skills, and a caring, patient, and supportive approach are essential.
