Teacher Recruitment - International Program in Ho Chi Minh (Binh Duong), Vietnam
Our international program, accredited by the Ministry of Education and Training in Vietnam, provides students with the opportunity to earn both the Canadian High School Diploma and the Vietnamese High School Diploma. We are seeking energetic, dedicated, and passionate teachers to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop lesson plans and learning objectives in alignment with the approved curriculum.
- Evaluate and grade student homework, assignments, quizzes, and tests promptly, providing necessary feedback.
- Hold office hours and review sessions to support students.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to enhance educational programs.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress.
- Manage course and student materials in adherence to school policies.
- Participate in staff meetings, educational conferences, and teacher training workshops.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student performance.
- Attend school functions and assist during inspections by the Ministry of Education or other education agencies.
- Occasionally engage in marketing or teaching events outside of regular school hours.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Preference for graduates from Canada, the US, UK, Singapore, Australia, or New Zealand.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience teaching General Science (Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology) and English (Literature).
- Strong knowledge of the subject matter and curriculum standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods for diverse learners.
