We are seeking an enthusiastic, innovative, and dedicated teacher to deliver A-Level Psychology, English Literature, and Art .The successful candidate will foster intellectual curiosity, critical thinking, and creative expression while maintaining high academic standards.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and challenging lessons across A-Level Psychology, English Literature, and Art.
Integrate cross-disciplinary approaches that connect psychological theory, literary analysis, and artistic practice.
Differentiate instruction to support diverse learning styles and abilities.
Provide timely and constructive feedback on student work to promote continuous improvement.
Use assessment data to inform planning and track student progress effectively.
Curriculum and Enrichment
Contribute to the ongoing development of departmental resources and curriculum design.
Encourage students to participate in competitions, public performances, and university preparation workshops.
Act as a tutor or mentor to a group of students, providing guidance and support in both academic and personal matters.
Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and leadership teams.
Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events.
Maintain accurate records of attendance, achievement, and assessment.
