As the Academic Manager, you are the heartbeat of our educational operations. You will bridge the gap between high-level strategy and classroom reality, ensuring that our teaching staff is supported and our students are thriving.
Key Responsibilities
• Curriculum Leadership: Oversee the implementation and refinement of the Kapla curriculum, ensuring it remains cutting-edge and effective.
• Teacher Mentorship: Lead, observe, and provide constructive feedback to our teaching faculty. You’ll be responsible for organizing professional development workshops.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor student progress and assessment data to ensure learning outcomes are consistently met.
• Operational Management: Manage scheduling, resource allocation, and academic budgets.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for parents and students regarding academic concerns and progress.
