Location: Nanshan District, Shenzhen
School type: Montessori Kindergarten
Position: 1 Full-time Native ESL Teacher
Responsible for: 2 classes
Class size: 15-20 students in one class
Student age: 1.5-6 years old
Teaching materials: provided
Work days: Mondays – Fridays
Office hours: 08:15-17:00 with 1 hour break
Day off: Saturdays and Sundays
Responsibilities:
- Curriculum and Instruction: Demonstrate an understanding of curriculum, subject content, and pedagogical knowledge to create relevant and engaging learning experiences for students.
- Classroom Management: Manage classroom procedures, student behavior, and maintain a positive and respectful learning environment.
- Instructional Design: Design coherent and effective lesson plans that actively engage students and enhance their learning.
- Environment Creation: Contribute to setting up teaching materials and classroom decorations to create a motivating and supportive learning space.
- Assessment: Document students' learning and assess their progress to continuously improve teaching strategies and student outcomes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or above
Preferred experience in preschool teaching
Start date: March 2025
Contract duration: one Year

Salary between 16,000CNY – 20,000CNY / Month
