Job Description:

KRIS International School, located in Prachin Buri, is seeking a dedicated Early Years Mandarin Teacher. As the first international school in Prachinburi Province offering a UK-based curriculum, we cater to children aged 2–7 and aim to expand our services to students up to 18 years old. Our curriculum is designed specifically for Thailand, ensuring a balance between academic excellence and language proficiency in English, Thai, and Chinese.

We recognize the uniqueness of each child, appreciating their distinct learning styles, interests, and abilities. Through engaging and play-based learning approaches, we aim to unlock every child's potential, fostering sustainable development and individuality.

Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Native or near-native fluency in Mandarin Chinese.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Chinese Language, Early Childhood, or a related field.
- Experience in teaching Mandarin to young children, preferably ages 2–6.
- Enthusiasm, care, and passion for early childhood development.
- Strong teamwork and collaborative skills.
- Dedication to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment supporting individual growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate Mandarin lessons for children aged 2–6 using stories, songs, and interactive play.
- Collaborate with class teachers and the Early Years team to integrate Mandarin into daily routines and classroom themes.
- Contribute to creating a safe and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and language acquisition.
- Provide feedback to families about their child's Mandarin learning progress through conversations, reports, and classroom platforms.
- Monitor student progress and tailor lessons to support individual learning needs.
- Participate in school events, cultural celebrations, and class activities aligned with the curriculum.
- Engage in training and professional development provided by the school.
