Job Description:

CLIFF Academy in Siheung is seeking a Canadian Gyopo-owned English Teacher passionate about inspiring children's enthusiasm for language learning. The ideal candidate should be outgoing, creative, and energetic, with a strong commitment to fostering language fluency through communication and discussion. Previous experience in working with children is preferred, along with classroom management skills. However, training and support will be provided to the right candidate.

This full-time position is open to native (E-2) or Gyopo teachers and offers a negotiable salary ranging from 2.5 to 3.0. Additionally, either housing or a 500,000 stipend is provided, along with severance pay at the end of each successful contract year. The role involves teaching elementary school students in small classes of 8 students per class, with an average of 26 teaching hours per week and 37-39 physical hours depending on the schedule. Working hours are from 1:30 pm to 9 pm, with 20-21 fixed vacation days per year.
