Cornell Bilingual School is a multi-level kindergarten, elementary, and junior high school with a rich history of over twenty-five years. Situated in the vibrant city of Taoyuan, our school is conveniently located just a 10-minute drive from Taoyuan main station and a five-minute drive to Zhong Zheng Art District.
Our well-equipped campus features multiple classrooms, including spacious multi-purpose rooms with large boards, projectors, and computers for teachers. Currently, we are seeking full-time elementary school teachers for grades 1-6, focusing on language arts and science subjects.
Ideal candidates should be outgoing, energetic, and passionate educators willing to engage with students. Responsibilities include teaching, lesson planning, material preparation, creating monthly exam papers, conducting biweekly science quizzes, and participating in school activities when needed.
Job Details:
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00-16:40 (Break time: 11:30-13:00), with an additional half-day paid leave weekly.
- Maximum of 26 class periods per week, each period lasting 40 minutes.
- Benefits include a competitive salary, sponsored ARC and National Health Insurance, paid public holidays, and annual winter/summer vacation days.
Qualifications:
1. Currently residing in Taiwan
2. Native English speaker
3. Bachelor’s degree or higher
4. (Preferred) Valid teaching license/TESOL or TEFL certificates
5. Minimum of 2 years teaching experience
