Job Description:

WINI PLAY is seeking a passionate English Instructor for their Kids English Center in Jamsil, Seoul. As an educator at WINI PLAY, you will immerse yourself in a play-based learning environment that nurtures children's language skills, critical thinking, and emotional development.

If you genuinely enjoy working with children and believe in respecting them as unique individuals, this opportunity is for you. WINI PLAY values teachers who can empathize with children, understand their needs, and support their growth with care and purpose.

Responsibilities include class preparation, instruction, and planning, as well as post-class tasks like writing observation reports for each child. The ideal candidate will have native or near-native English proficiency, a valid visa status, and a true passion for interacting with children.

Working hours are from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM, with a specific schedule discussed during the interview. The compensation ranges from 12,000 to 20,000 KRW per hour, depending on experience and the internal pay scale.

If you are not from one of those countries, you can still teach English in most other countries. This requirement is specific to South Korea and school's can only issue visa's to teachers from those listed countries.
